Welcome to Ty-Talgarth Organics, our butchery and farm shop has been established since 2006 the success of Ty-Talgarth is based on our Pedigree Welsh Black Beef Herd and Welsh Mountain lamb.  Our Welsh Blacks are renowned for the quality of their meat, which we allow to mature on the hook for three weeks to produce beef that has a unique flavour and that is wonderfully tender.  Our reared Welsh Mountain lamb is also only sold through our shop and they produce joints of meat unrivalled in flavour due to the diversity of the grassland they graze. Our pork and poultry are sourced from local registered organic farmers, details of which can be given on request.
